The Parcelforce Worldwide app enhances your delivery experience by providing improved tracking through My Parcel Live and the option to set future delivery preferences. In summary:-
1. You can track your parcel through to delivery with a link to My Parcel Live.
2. My Parcel Live shows where our driver is en route, the drivers name and the estimated one hour delivery window
3. Choose your delivery preferences. Remember to provide your email address and phone number when you place your order so we can identify your preferences
4. When setting your delivery preferences you can:-
a. Add notes for the driver to make the delivery as smooth as possible
b. Tell us what you would like us to do with your parcel in the event you are not at home. For example:-
i. Deliver to a neighbour. Do you have a neighbour who is likely to accept your delivery if you’re not at home? If so you can select your preferred neighbour.
ii. Deliver to a post office®. Select a Post Office which you would like to collect from
iii. Deliver to a Safe Place. Deliver to a Safe Place and specify a designated location for us to leave your parcel(s)
